Reviews and Ratings <br />
I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While the beach and pool area were nice, the service and dining experiences were quite far from what I expected. The room didn't match what was advertised, and I encountered significant issues with both staff attitude and cleanliness in the restaurant. Overall, this hotel needs lots of improvements to live up to its supposed standards.
The resort is ideally located near a beautiful beach, and the staff is very attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, I found the dining experience to be a bit repetitive, and some facilities, like the gym, were below expectations. Overall, it’s not a true luxury experience but still has its charms.
I had a mixed experience at Nour Palace. While the hotel is beautifully located near a lovely beach and the rooms were spacious, the dining options left much to be desired with food not catering to British tastes. The service was hit or miss, with some staff being very helpful while others seemed overwhelmed. Overall, it felt like a 2-3 star experience rather than the advertised 5 stars.
Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location was nice and the rooms were decent, the food left much to be desired and the service could have been better. The facilities and activities were limited, making for a less enjoyable experience overall.
I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel, as it definitely didn’t live up to the five-star rating. The rooms were basic and cleanliness was a major issue, with stained linens and an outdated bathroom. On the brighter side, the beach was lovely, and there were always sunbeds available by the pool. However, the dining experience was lackluster, with repetitive food choices and cold meals more often than not.
